That's an interesting question. 
For this to happen, Kiev would have to win, and Chelsea to draw with Porto.

FT Dynamo Kyiv 2 - 2 FC Porto
FT Chelsea 2 - 1 Dynamo Kyiv
FT Dynamo Kyiv 0 - 0 Chelsea
FT FC Porto 2 - 1 Chelsea
today Chelsea - Porto draw
As we can see Kiev has a better h2h than Porto, but worse h2h than Chelsea.
Chelsea has a better h2h than Kiev, but worse than Porto.
Porto has a better h2h than Chelsea, but worse than Kiev.
From the rules:
If two or more teams are equal on points on completion of the group matches,
the following criteria are applied in the order given to determine their rankings:
a. higher number of points obtained in the group matches played among the
teams in question;
b. superior goal difference from the group matches played among the teams in
question;
Goal difference:
Kiev 5-4
Chelsea 3-3
Porto 4-5
Since for all this to happen a draw between Chel-Por is necessary, this result wouldn't change the ranking^.
So it seems Kiev would top the group And Chelsea come second.
Correct me someone if i'm wrong.
