So Barca, Bayern, and Real have never played in a final against each other. Even though all three of them have been in the semis together before.

We MAYBE stand a chance against Real, but there's no way we're getting passed Barca or Bayern imo. Still, I remain hopeful.

Also, Muller is great. I'd love him here.
All three are equally daunting. There's no way i can say one side out of the three is weaker/better than the other at this point. Its knockout football afterall. So i say we have about an 'equal' chance against all three of them.

Would be beyond words to get to the final at this point. My Barca friend wants to draw us over the other two, hopefully this underdog status works for us.

i think our chances of success against barca/bayen is dependant on how fit pogba is.

we miss his presence in the mid, and his end product in attack. without him i dont see us able to impose our game on barca or bayern.

Even with him we will impose very little.

The difference of having him there will be his ability to create something out of nothing.

i disagree with the first part, but agree about pogba's ability.

thoe deep runs of his where he transitions from mid to offense dribbling past 2-3 players can create excellent attack chances, not to mention his long shots.

just imagine this. we are playing barca in camp nou. neymar and messi are destroying our defense but still 0-0. suddelny balls falls to pogba. he runs with it from midfield to ousdie penalty box and boom! long shot goal.out of no where

Even if we're underdogs by far in the semis, I think we have an Adriano Galliani moment for Juve achieved already...

For a number of technical reasons, Juve has probably already qualified as the Champions League financial final winners at some 75 million Euros at least. Nobody else can come close now. :weee: :greed:

Whoever we get, I hope we play at home first. If we have to go to Germany or Spain in the first leg, and without Pogba, we will go for 0-0, which will backfire. We have a better chance trying to sneak still an unlikely result of a 1-0 at home, than chasing a goal against any of these teams. Basically, we must not concede first

I want Bayern. They'll most likely beat us but they won't crush us like they did two years ago. We're significantly better than two years ago while they're pretty much on the same level.

We need to get rid of our weak mentality in the CL which started with our crushing defeat to Bayern in 2013.

If we can beat Bayern (which is unlikely), we'll have a better chance of winning the final.

This is who I want too. Even in part, because I really don't want to see an all Spanish final being a possibility. Fuck Spain.

Plus, contrary to some members, I think we'll do quite well against Pep's Bayern. This isn't the machine of a few years ago.
