Because the offside rule states that there must be two defending players (including the Gk) closer to goal than the opposition striker receiving the ball and if the Dortmund player who scored had only one player (Malaga's last defender) between him and Malaga's goal when the pass was played then how is that not offside? Do you really not know this?
