I can confirm English people reeeally hate losing to Italian teams It's just the contrast in philosophy and how they play football, although the modern Juve has drawn a fair bit of admiration as well, for being able to play high tempo, physical, technical and a roughhouse game.

Yeah we clearly aren't the stereotypical Italian team, but we did show plenty of those traits against Celtic

Also, Spanish media and fans seem to detest Italian football...again the culture/philosophy of the two styles is quite different, although there is also a few similarities.
