La Liga is defintely bigger than Serie A. Barca and Real Madrid by themselves are bigger than Serie A. A league with either of them is definitely bigger than Serie A. Seria A right now is in the shitter and really needs to do something to get out of there. Juve is the only team that even seems competitive enough for Europe.

The rest of the teams are a joke. They're the kinda teams where it would be amazing if they even made it our of their groups. Seriously, I don't care about the entertainment factor either. That doesn't mean shit and is totally objective, like people who think Ligue 1 is worth a shit with the exception of PSG.

EL final last season?
And don't say other teams don't care about winning the EL.
I don' like the league either, but calling the other teams a joke, is a bit over done IMO.

I had a dream our first match in the CL was against Manchesthair United. Boakye scored the first, great finish, Giovinco scored the second. We won 3-0 at old Trafford and Pogba also kicked ass :D

I want Arsenal in the CL. Probably the one English team Im confident we'd beat...and Id love to see the smug look on that fucking arrogant twat Wenger's face after we destroy them.
Would be interesting times here if that happens, last time the two of us met, i wasn't active around here. :D

Haha, yeah I was a lurker back then.

But we played boring Capelloball then. And Arsenal had a fucking great team back then. Would be a sick match though, this time around.
We didn't really have a sick team. Or maybe we did, but we had a whole bunch of injuries and had our worst season in the EPL that year(Wenger era).

If you remember, we had Campbell, Lauren, Ashley Cole and Clichy all out for that game. So we were forced to play a makeshift backline, Flamini had to be played as a leftback because both fullbacks were out with long term injuries. Senderos was a reserve centerback at the time, but had to be played because both Campbell and Cygan were out injured. Eboue was at his first season in Arsenal coming from Beveren in Belgium, he wasn't supposed to play but he played because Lauren was out with a long term injury. We had that makeshift backline with virtual unknowns(few people knew who Flamini, Senderos and Eboue were at the time) playing against a frontline of Zlatan and Trezeguet, with Nedved and Camoranesi behind them. The odds were firmly stacked against us, Capello or not, nobody not even the most optimistic Arsenal fans expected anything other than a comfortable win for that Juventus team.

Moral of the story: Don't be too confident, Juve doesn't have as good a team as that year, so you never know :D

Must say that Real M., Barcelona and Bayern are absoulte favorites to win it this year. Well balanced teams, that don't lack anything in my opinion.

As much as I would want us to win it I can see Juve, alongside Man Utd, Man City and Chelsea only as a potential suprise.

let's discuss juve potential group lineup

1. the worst case scenario group (barca/madrid/bayern/united/chelsea, city and dortmund?)
2. the easiest group (arsenal, some second rate european team, and a shit 4th pot team?)

anyone have idea?

Arsenal or Chelsea for me.

Both teams we can comfortably beat.

Arsenal are pathetic.
hell no about we comfortably beat chelsea, chelsea is very dangerous, their wingers will give italian team nightmare, especially us if we play 3-5-2!

I'd rather have anyone of the English teams that Real or Barca in the group.

Both those teams I think we'll struggle against however against the English I think we'll do great.
