Whether the ref saw that too and that's why he didn't give it, I don't know but it wasn't a PK.

Really that was poor from nesta and really i think it did warrant a penalty, even though these sort of incidents are missed, but if you're going to be pulling shirts in the box you are asking for trouble, the ref took the bait but it was a penalty no matter how soft it was.

pulling shirts happens but it was more than usual , he hold him before the cross started and continued doing so through the whole time until the ball got to xavi . By the rulebook it is a penalty , althrough it is debatable
