iirc, leverkusen are already thru, so it's between Chelsea and Valencia who gets the other ticket - a 0-0 draw would favour Chelsea, since they drew 1-1 at Valencia, so no, I don't think a 0-0 draw works for Valencia - they have a better general goal diff than chelsea, so a scoring draw would be enough.
