Because refs need to be more consistent? Decisions get given in games which last week werent given, players get carded for tackles that in other games didnt, how are you meant to do anything properly when you can't tell week by week what decisions will be given.

Thats why people are frustrated with refs.

So when the other GMs and presidents was in contact with the refs and getting favors why shouldn't Moggi make sure he got them as well? After all, refs need to be more consistent
