oh lol i was gonna say :p

Mourinho has never been good with transfers, except for 2010 wth Inter. Every other year he's been buying flops.

To beat Barcelona you need a strong physical team, which play rough football and are willing to snap at messi etc. A good chelsea and Inter can beat barcelona, because they have the rough players that are needed

Dispute having a bottomless budget he failed to win it with Chelsea.
Some might claim he was unlucky (cheated) when at Chelsea, but the opposite same claim could be made for his victorious Porto side (diving cheating and objectionable).

So his greatness lies in his battles with Barça, which seems to an objective eye to be a losing one thus far.

Pep seems to be leading head to head. Which makes him the better coach.
Pep basically has a bottomless budget at Barca as well. Plus he inherited the best player in the world.

And if you're going to use the Chelsea argument, then you should criticize Pep for not winning the CL last year as well. :wth:

Well Mourinho is a world class coach.. But he really showed how good he was this year in the games vs Barca where he played 11 man behind the ball at home!.. Having attacking players like Kaka, Benz, Ozil, Higuain etc and still playing with a very defensive team was brainless.. The other game at Barca was much better, where it ended 1-1 (i think) and they played with Ronaldo and Di Maria as wingers and not fullbacks, like at home!

David Villa's goal was ridiculous, I'm glad he scored. As was Messi's. Got what they deserved when they failed to close down Messi from that sort of range, giving them the time. Barça (Iniesta in particular) had quite a few dangerous shots from that distance, Man Utd should have learned.

Carrick and Valencia - they aren't good enough.
Valencia not good enough
He is the best out and out winger on earth, its not his fault Pep Is a genius and didnt give him spaces with Abidal and Busquets always pressing on him

Valencia is not poor, though he had a poor game, but he is a gunho physical winger who relies on power and speed, some lack of/limited quality was prevalent in a game like this against an opposition of this caliber.

And no, he is nowhere near best winger in the world. Though its a position that isnt that prevalent in footie these days, out and out wingers.

Oh, and to be fair and a gentleman, I want to congratulate all the Barca fanboys in this forum. Congrats on the CL trophy your team won. You support them for years now and you deserved to be rewarded for that support.
You know yourselves well, so no need to mention you all.

Now lets hope you will congratulate the Juve fans when Juve wins something.
