Why people are talking about Messi choking?

Yes, he missed a 1-on-1 but he also had an assist, a well played one, and was a constant threat. I'll assume you think he's choking because he didn't produce the usual 'crazy' stuff he offers every game.

Now, watch him destroy Arsenal in Camp Nou just like last season.

Ballon d'Or winners don't choke.
He didn't choke: Nor does Ronaldo.

We just expect them to be better than they are. They are of course very good, but true greats?

No.

Zidane was the last true great, and his kind come rarely. Let's enjoy the players like Messi, Ronaldo, Xavi for what they are, super.

It's always great watching Barca lose. A team full of cunts, and supported by cunts.
I did enjoy the display of Jack Wilshere, the kid is so confident, and showed amazing patience on the ball for 19 years old against the likes of Xavi and Iniesta. Sky's the limit for the kid
Yeh, well I have family who support them and go to home matches, and if they are what you called them, what does that make you?

And that brings me back to my point. Serie A clubs can't sign sure-bet world class players anymore because they face competition from England and Spain (and now probably Germany as well). This makes Serie A a weaker league. Inter got Sneijder because Real wanted to get rid of him and no offers came from England. Believe me, if Chelsea or Man Utd had made offers for Sneijder they would have gotten him, not Inter. They probably didn't because they thought he wasn't a sure bet. You see ,not just talking about Real Madrid.

I also vaguely remember when Real threatened to freeze him out of the squad because he didn't want to go Italy.
You also mentioned Ibrahimovic, a player who I dislike, but he's proven his quality as an individual.

So basically, you're saying that the teams with the most money will sign the best players.

Thank you very much, Mr. Nobel Prize Winner in Economics.
