It's clear mandzukic wasn't at his best, neither was pereyra. Sturaro is simply shit. Asamoah I wouldn't bet on. So we were royally screwed the moment it reached 70 minutes. We were too tired. The only sub that would have made an impact was zaza but sadly allegri thought mandzukic was in the same condition as the first leg. Clearly not. It's hard, this shit but we need a grip on these injuries. Priority huge priority.

This game is lost because of Alegri at all.
At first half HE TEACHES THAT GYPSY coach of them what is tactics.
At second half he chocked massively .
Why the fuck he change Quadrado?
Why the fuck he subbed Morata our most dangereous player?
Why the fuck he subbed Khedira instead of Hernanes?
Why the fuck we park the bus after 60 minute?
Yes I know that he want's to close the game with this subs mainly with Mandzukic because primarly of his defensive work rate.
But why Pereyra? He doesn't play for such a long time?
And why Khedira and not Hernanes.?
That turds show nothing, we allowed them to do something.
Again this lost is all to Alegri.
We were in the fucking game because of Allegri. Are you serious? How are people this blind? Players tire.

Even Rugani for Evra would have stopped the two goals I guarantee it.

There isnt a Single reason why zaza hasnt played over Mandzukic Tonight. I Know Mandzukic can be Great sometimes but man.. A blind man could See that we Need some Speed upfront for the counters. Noooo reason to bring Mandzukic when morata is tired.

Good night all. Can't understand those of you blaming our players and coach. How can you expect to keep 100 % intensity for 90 / 120 minutes in one of the most difficult stadiums you can ever play football, against a side that has such attacking prowess?

We were so fucking close tonight. It's heartbreaking. But I just don't understand how people can say we went into "pussy mode" or that we had a poor mentality.

WE CAME OUT GUNS BLAZING. But you just can't keep that up for the entire match. And Bayern are experts at punishing you when you do slack off (and by slack off I mean due to natural reasons, for simply being tired, which is normal.)

No one comes to this stadium in the CL and dominates them for 90/120 minutes.

To be honest, 2-2 at this ground is actually an amazing result. If anything, we should've gotten a better result at the Juventus Stadium.

If Evra cleared that fucking ball at 90', you wouldn't ask one question. You just cannot explain that from an experienced player like Evra.

We are tired, the start of the year and the comeback has been incredibly taxing. We lost our most important midfielder and attacker prior to the game. You can't win them all but it holds us in good sted for the future.

As angry as I am and how much I would like to slap the shit outta Allegri, the subs he put in let him down. Mandzukic didn't hold the ball up, Sturaro looked lost and Pereyra I don't even have words for. Evra cost us the game with his error. If anything the players let Allegri down. Of course, he should never have messed up the momentum we had with those on the field, but he trusted those subs and they let us all down including allegri.

One thing, that loser mentality he brought with him from Milan I never want to see again. Grow some balls and keep playing. He's gonna het crucified in media tomorrow so he'll learn from it too. Im not sure if we could win the scudetto with a deep run in CL, that's the only bright spot.

We were in it in the first place because of Allegri. His subs didnt work out but you can see the reasoning behind it. Tiny details decided the game (last few minutes of the second half, ref in the first half, Nuer wonder save, Licht's shot in extra time).

The injuries and difference in squad size haunted us in the end. We were exhausted after 70 minutes and Bayern could sub in Thiago and Coman.
We could not have kept possession for 90 minutes.

Absolutely gutted. This defeat hurt more than losing to United in 99. The mentality of the team in te last half an hour was disgraceful. And we are better than this.
Really?

This defeat doesn't hurt that much for me. We are at the start of a new cycle don't forget. And we showed that we can stand toe to toe with one of the best teams in the world. Luck, bad subs and Bayern's insane attacking quality changed the game tonight. On another night we might have gone through.

Which makes it all the more frustrating since we collapsed on the simplest of mistakes at the end of regular time.

I missed the time when we had technically gifted players who could protect the ball, pass it around and waste time by winning throw ins, fouls and corner kicks. I remember when back in the days Camoranesi and Del Piero managed to waste the entire 4 minutes of the added time like this. Tonight, in the last half and hour and the ET, we had only Pogba surrounded by technical mediocrity and a super slow and useless Hernanes.

Our players got exhausted and were run to the ground. We were minutes (and a ref mistake) away from winning this.

I'm actually proud this injury ravaged team went to germany and absolutely smashed it untill we had to use substitutions, and our nonexistant bench trough said injuries made the difference

Last season, we had barzagli comming on to lock the game with 352. Yes. Barzagli.
