Uhh, if that "Revolution" consists of re-signing Marchionni to a long-term deal and playing monkey chants upon entering the stadium, I'm not so sure it would be worth it. :shifty:
Let's sign Marchionni back. Let's put him, Tiago, and Molinaro on our backline. Buffon can take a vacation, because he'll need it.

It will be Comedy Juve Defense School. If Blanc knows anything about business, he will sell videos of this comedy with the Benny Hill song playing in the background. Maybe then from the proceeds we can afford someone besides Chiellini who can defend.

Blanc: We're the same team Sunday 13 December, 2009

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Juventus President Jean-Claude Blanc stands by Ciro Ferrara and reminds critics this is the best side they have had in years.

“It has only been a week since we beat Inter. Such an achievement should be embraced, even if we do have trouble against the likes of Bari the following weekend” he said after the 3-1 defeat to Bari.

“If Juve opened up the Scudetto race a week ago then it means they have the quality to achieve great things. What we lack is consistency and efficiency in front of goal, plus great strikers like Cristiano Ronaldo."

For now fans should be content with the win over Inter, looking forward to our Champions League campaign next year.

“It’s not in the history of Juventus to change management, even if I proved differently a few months ago. The team is in my control. Ferrara is the Coach of the future and we will continue working with him to build the team for the next decade.”

Yet Blanc is the man who sacked Claudio Ranieri towards the end of last season and brought in Ferrara for their third tactician in as many years.

“Deschamps decided to walk away and it was his choice, not ours. We fired Ranieri and it was a decision we had to take in order to finish in the top two. We thought Ferrara would have learned a lot under Deschamps and Ranieri.”

It was still 2-1 at the Stadio San Nicola when big summer signing Diego ballooned a spot-kick over the bar.

“We had many opportunities, the ball didn’t go in and missing the penalty changed the game in my view. I think if that spot-kick had gone in, the match would’ve ended in a very different way, perhaps to a score of 3-2 for Bari.

“Important transfers can take a while to settle in, as seen with Tiago. After a couple years of poor form, it is nice to see him playing world class football again.”

What kind of mentality is this? Do he think we certain to qualify to CL next season? He must be delusional, with this kind of shit performance, we won't even get 4th spot in Serie A..

4 Losses in 5 last matches.. Also period when we can't win for several games in a row since Genoa game.. Even in CR era, there is no way we lost 4 times in 5 games. Come on, Ferrara clearly not work well and not improving.. He must resign

It.s obvious Ferrara has a complex towards teams which names start with "B". Bordeaux twice, Bayern twice, Bologna, Bari: we haven't won once against them.

Let him continue, there isn't much of those teams left this season.

Well edited Andy, you fooled most people on here!

Seriously though i just want to grab Blanc and slap the shit out of him. This may be the same team that beat Inter but what fucking difference does that make? Next week if we lose again it will still be tha same team, and then the wweek after and the pattern continues. I would also like to remind this guy that this is the same team that LOST to Cagliari, Bordeaux and bayern and now Bari, and thats only in the last 3 weeks, the list could go on but i dont have the mental strength to do so. I would quite happily trade that inter result for points in the other 4 matches.

When we had Ranieri at the halm I actually thought we had reached the bottom of the barrell, that it couldn't possibly get any worse. The players looked demotivated and clueless, the tactical decisions were terrible, we were rigid and had no identity. Now Ferrara comes in and the exact same happens only now we haven't even got the fighting spirit that set us apart over the years. Thes players dont even give a fuck when we lose now they've become so accustomed to it...

Maybe we could start losing to C teams after we finished Bs, oh wait we started by Cagilari

and now with calcio's last; Catania
then Chievo, before we start looking for Ds

The management need to be fired before anyone else. Blanc is living on another planet.

They've disgraced the club much more than anyone else since we came back from Serie B

Look at this..... Our defeats by 2 or more goals:

In 2009/2010
- Palermo-Juventus 2:0
- Cagliari- Juventus 2:0
- Bordeaux- Juventus 2:0
- Juventus-Bayern 1:4
- Bari-Juventus 3:1
-------------------------------
In 2008/09
/

In 2007/08
- Napoli-Juventus 3:1 (after 2 fake penalties)

In 2006/07
- Brescia-Juventus 3:1

In 2005/06
- Milan-Juventus 3:1
- Arsenal-Juventus 2:0

In 2004/05
/

Only in 4 months (less than 4 months actually) and 22 matches, Ferrara managed to be defeated by 2 goals or more 5 times. In 5 seasons and 245 matches we were defeated by 2 goals or more only 4 times.

Now, a defeat is a defeat, I know. Unless it's a CL knock out it usually doesn't matter if we lose by 1 or 5 goals.
But the thing is, we were a team hard to beat. Even on those matches where we lost by 1 goal, we were "in the game" till the last seconds, pushing for a goal to at least equalise.
Nowdays, we're being humiliated and left chanceless long before the final whistle.

Our worst loss last season was a 2-1, while title holders had a 3-1, and Milan, Roma and Fiorentina (and everyone basically) had worse losses

Right now I can't believe I'm saying this: Ranieri was doing a good job managing us 2-2 and 3-3 draws

Ranieri didn't have the mentality to lead a big team. Protecting our goal was more important than scoring and that's a mentality of mid-table teams or small teams.
So there is no doubt that he wasn't a coach for Juventus and teams of the same caliber.

But even with such "loser mentality" as some here called it, we were doing much much much better than today. Ranieri's Juve would have beaten the current Juve by scoring 2 and conceding 0.

ranieri is a better coach than ciro IMO, right now, cant say about the future but its true.

in the big games we got it done, not to mention with a inferior squad.

Not only has he disgraced Juventus' name, he has lost the club MILLIONS in revenue by the UCL exit and by bad performances not worth Televising, less games will be televised in the future meaning even less revenue.

FK FERRARA, he was a SHITE defender in any case
He's no Legend - Ferrara was a shite defender anyways

Slow as a mule!
emotions are running high and Ciro is struggling badly as coach but don't you DARE ever pour scorn on the playing career of a loyal, succesful and wondeful player

I know Hiddink is not russian but "if" he coach juve he will take russian players with him or wherever he goes
just because he is coaching Russia right now that means he will ALWAYS take Russians everywhere with him? Imbecile

he will bring Dutchmen too

I had to get out of the house to get the steam out and when I came back I was hoping to see he was sacked. Then I read Blanc saying he'll stay till the end of the season. :sergio:
well i think we all know what that means, a return for Lippi:sergio:

If anyone was ever wondering what Juve Material is...this is it right here.
so...it's your fault? you wouldn't believe how many arguments you have caused in here by people saying that players are not up to your standards
