A player's responsibility is not as big as a manager's. Will you get off my back? I am really sick and tired of you, you're boring, silly and everyone has understood that you disagree with everything I say.
True, maybe he hasn't enough expirience, but that doesn't mean he has a weak personality, which I think he somehow proved when he was a player.

And you are accusing me of fallowing you around? You have insulted me without any reason, while I wasn't even present or talking to you and you say that I should get of your back. And you are neg repping me for almost every post i write, yeah, it is I who should get of your back.

You are one of the most messed up persons hear i have seen. Good luck to you, I won't bother to comment on you or your posts even if you insult me again.

I said that biting nails is a SIGN of weak personality. Do you know what that means? I did not say he has a weak personality.

And great, you got it now, don't bother commenting on a messed up person.

What a douche!

THe problem is that they really think they played a good first half. Ciro obviously think they were unlucky and he's going to stick with this formation.

After they scored we practically owned them until we scored. Seems like we just reacted & once we got the goal - match over. It's like the last team in the table waiting to take a point from the leaders.

So true, good comment! But i must keep my fingers crosed
I always have faith in the players, even in those as Poulsen, Grygera and Molinaro because I know that if are used in the right way they still deliver. However I am afraid that I no longer trust Ciro's ability. IMO he is carrying a task that is much bigger than what he can manage.

The problem is not due to each single individual of the team as RB, CB or LB, but due to the system and the way Ferrara operates the system (so I don't think buying a new RB or CB or LB would solve anything). The 4-3-1-2 lacks width and would always expose the big holes in the back if not being handled effectively. Even if we had Zambo and Thuram in their primes with us in the last matches, we would still have conceded the same goals because as great as they were they would still not be able to cope with being left alone and being constantly outnumbered in their wing.
In sum. with the way Ferrara using the 4-3-1-2 right now, I don't think he knows how to make the most out of it.

You mentioned the four first games that we won. Did you notice that even in those games we still struggled and had some very difficult moments? Without the moment of brilliance of some individuals (Diego, Buffon, Iaquita, Marchisio etc), we would not have been able to achieve the full three points in each of those matches.

I don't think they'll fire 2 coaches in just a few months but I think it's a joke that he is our coach. We've always had the best coaches, Lippi, Trappatoni, Ancelotti etc etc. We should have gone for Prandelli cuz we need someone who knows what he's doing.

We always do that. Haven't you noticed how often we start the game with our head up our asses? We never come out of the gates going full speed ahead. We always have to react because we concede first, never seems to be the other way around. We are mentally a very weak team, sadly.

Actually just this once in this Viola match we started really well and we were all over the place until that goal came, then we became even more aggressive.

Antonio Conte .. my hero as a player ..

3 draws and a win against Udinese in Ferioli .. 1 - 3 to Atalanta ..

Plus ..

Buffon " in Aston Villa's match before the penalties .. " called him " Ciro " without the word Mister or Coach .. just Ciro ..

u might see it ridicolous, but Ciro must realize that this job is serious and he must be strict even with his former friends ..

Ciro is a friendly and nice person .. never seen him angry .. but this kindness must be thrown behind his back in some situations ..

Conte seems to have the strongest personality among the youth managers ..

I bet on him to be a great coach in the future .. :xfinger:

I impressed by Conte's job so far too.. He's doing great for Atalanta, get a draw in Milan and then win in Udine.. If u see how Udinese can make Inter frustrated until the last minute..

but it's not our BOD fault if we didn't sign Conte as manager in summer because from what i remember that Conte decide to extend his contract with Bari at the time we look for a right coach for this season

For now, i still put faith in Ferrara and if the thing doesn't turn out better.. For all the candidates to replace Ferrara, i would say Mancini is the best and possible

I think you need to give new coaches time to succeed or risk being the Inter of yore.

But Ferrara's subs have been so clueless, I worry that no amount of time can fix insanity. :shifty:
