Ciro's mistakes are not only in this game, it's in his approach and stubbornness. The first one is relying on Diego and solely on Diego to make the team tick and to be honest Diego cannot do that all by himself. Add to that, Diego has become the most predictable midfielder who makes a lot of individual mistakes. The second is Amauri, seriously now, what does Amauri do? Does anyone know the answer to that? I know he did well last season, but I ask once again, what does he do (notice the use of the present tense)?

Oh my god, Ciro pissed me off so much today.

- 4-2-3-1 without Giovinco? WTF!!?
- De Ceglie on, why?
- WTF is up with not playing Diego and Giovinco together? What, is it some kind of secret that he doesn't want to show the world?!
- Grygera in Zebina out when we are down 2-0, why?
- Diego off, why?
- No Giovinco at all?
- Camoranesi, the only player with some creativity, off. WHY!?

I got huge Ranieri vibes today and I don't like that.

Taking Diego off was the best thing he did today though. Diego is simply a carbon copy of Amauri now. USELESSNESS

We play 4-3-1-2 for 45 minutes and it obviously doesn't work. Actually, it was obviously a disaster.
So what does he do? He doesn't change shit.

Then at minute 60-65 he takes off Diego and switches to 4-4-2. It doesn't work in the 5 minutes or so and then he changes it again, this time to 4-3-3.

His face and actions tonight were screaming: I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT TO DO.

P.S: Actually, during most of this match we played 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1. No-one knew where to play or what to do. Sometimes Chiellini played as a left winger, sometimes Poulsen played as a right winger and Grosso was our attacking midfielder.
It was a total chaos. Nobody knew what to do.

Ciro is starting to lose it I guess. Sine we lost DP we are suffering.
Building a team around 1 person is not for Juve.
4-3-1-2 is not working for us it seems.

i think it is pretty funny how ciro really thinks this de ceglie-for-diego-substitution will tactically outwitt the opponent so we win ... i hope he will either learn that this is not the way to go or not get enough chances to do this again until it "works" (probably we have to be relegated for that to happen)

I agree. The 4-3-1-2 is definie not working. We dont have the type of players to play that game. And if he continues to play with this system we will place 10th. We were lucky we won against Livorno and drew against Bologna and Bayern. Amauri should be benched for a long time and play Giovinco. Presently we dont have any playmaker as presently Diego is very predictable. We are not crossing anymore and Amauri used to score mostly headers. We should return to 4-4-2 and the midfield should play Camo-Marchisio-Sissoko-Diego and the attackers Giovinco-Trezegue. We are very predictable team. And it seems Ciro is very stubborn and he wants tro play the same system and players. Another 2 years wasted as we should never have engaged an inexperienced coach. I have predicted this when Ciro was chosen as our coach. I am sure with these palyers Ranieri would have done better.
