Ranieri is such a sore loser
acts like a lose and even talks like one
"Everyone could have won those 2 games)
Everyone except him I guess he forgot that he was 7 games without a win which means 0 from 7 while Ferrara got 2 from 2

Claudio Ranieri confirms he did not expect to be sacked by Juventus and claims “anyone could’ve won” Ciro Ferrara’s two games in charge

He couldn't beat Lazio in three attempts this season otherwise he might still have a job. Idiot.

After all the euphoria of Ciro, comes the reality of whether there is going to be investment (serious money) in the team. 1st team players not squad backups.
Diego is a start, but yes I agree with you! We need to freshen up a bit, maybe 3 or 4 new first team players.

I was away so unable(TOO BUSY) to visit the forun for those two last games, so am wondering what was the responsehere when he left out Gio?

Was there a reason, or doesn't he have faith in the boy?
I think he showed more faith than Ranieri did with him because Gio at least made the bench under Ferrara. No one expected him to change the side too much with him only being at the club for such a short while and there was no way he was going to bench Nedved for his last two games so Gio not playing was expected. Gio at least got 10mins in the last game. He wouldnt of got that under Ranieri so i think everyone was happy enough.

Lippi: Ferrara will excel at Juve

Marcello Lippi is confident his former assistant manager Ciro Ferrara “will build something important at Juventus.”

Ferrara was offered the full-time job after a two-week spell as caretaker manager following Claudio Ranieri’s dismissal.

“I don’t know if I see myself in Ciro, but I want to congratulate him,” said Italy boss Lippi on RAISport.

“He has charisma, character, intelligence, wisdom and the likeability to form a rapport with the professionals at the highest level in his squad.

“He has everything it takes to do well and I’m sure he will build something important at Juventus.”

Ferrara was at the Coverciano training ground on Friday morning when he received the call from Turin.

He had been working as Lippi’s assistant manager, but has resigned that post and will not be going to the Confederations Cup in South Africa next week.

Lippi confirmed no replacements will be called to fill Ferrara’s Azzurri role.

Tonight an experimental side takes on Northern Ireland in a friendly at Pisa’s Arena Garibaldi.

“The squad is in good shape. I can see a very satisfying mix of players who are perhaps not all that young anymore but experienced and come from the World Cup along with those new faces.”

The Coach again hinted that Davide Santon will receive his senior Italy debut at right-back with Gaetano D’Agostino and Giuseppe Mascara also making their bows.

Thanks.

I hope the lad gets a season to prove himself.

I hope we get D'Agostino but not if it means eather of Gio,Marchisio have to leave. I think we can bring Geatano if we manage to exchange some other players. D'Agostino would be Ciros "regista" as he told us. Then we need to bring back Criscito and get a good right back.

Is Peruzzi or Neri coming ? BENVENTUO CIRO, VINCI PER NOI!
