Conte or Ferrara.. I undecided about this option for now.

I believe Conte because he has experience at least to lead one club in one season and become a champions in his league although it was in Serie B

I believe Ferrara because he has experience as Lippi assistant in a big major club like WC, also he is one of our coach in youth sector.. and look from how brilliant our primavera for 2 years, he can become like Pep. Even Pep never take charges as a coach in another club before take Barcelona. We have lot of young talents now in Daud, Immobile, Marrone, Iago, Ariaudo, Gio, DC, Marchisio and Ferrara can integrate them to our senior team like Pep integrate Pique, Busquet even Iniesta, Messi with senior players
We don't have Messi .

Well, i dont have anything against conte...he was a great player and well...seems to have more experience than ferrara.... but both do not have serie a experience...and not to mention experience with a big club.

Bu well, i think that in this times of few coaching options...we can try them.

After all..next season we will have (crossing fingers) a very complete team in all departments...so we will have an easier time slecting the best players for the starting 11....

Im also biased towards ferrara becaus ei simply loved the guy when he played for us...and he seems to have some charisma.

Conte is ok also... is just that something doesnt convince me about his personality dont know why.

Blog: Great Dane
As the search for the next Juventus boss continues, Serafino Ingardia thinks Michael Laudrup deserves consideration

Juventus have been linked with numerous Coaches since the axing of Claudio Ranieri. As Ciro Ferrara’s stint on the bench is expected to last for just two games, Juve should be looking for an alternative and competitive option.

A quick glance at the list of names linked and you soon realise that there isn’t much available, thus there is a need to look for something truly different. While Marcello Lippi, Cesare Prandelli and Gian Piero Gasperini are all untouchable, tacticians such as Antonio Conte, Roberto Mancini and Luciano Spalletti are far from appealing to my eyes. Let’s not even mention Carlo Ancelotti.

Let’s start from the principle that Juventus must be able to challenge Inter in the future. And if they are then they should look abroad for something different. I’m not talking about Frank Rijkaard, Thomas Schaff or Felipe Scolari – that would be pure insanity, even for this questionable Bianconeri board.

There is a former Juventino, a special one, who is free and is, in my opinion, good enough to bring some fresh ideas to the Stadio Olimpico. Aside from a fantastic playing career, Michael Laudrup did a great job at the helm of Brondby and Getafe despite failing at Spartak Moscow. He also bagged important experience as the assistant Coach of the Danish national team.

“The best player in the world,” Josep Guardiola said of him, a man who has himself done a brilliant job at Barcelona with even less coaching experience than the Dane. “Michael is a genius,” noted Ivan Zamorano. So if Laudrup was so gifted on the pitch, he just might have a magic touch off it.

Not associated with the club so far, a Laudrup appointment would certainly be a high-risk manoeuvre. But wouldn't that be the case anyway? Would the Bianconeri fans feel safer in the hands of inexperienced Conte for instance? I don’t think so.

If supporters think that Laudrup wouldn’t follow down the Vecchia Signora style path, then they should realise that the Stile Juventus has been long gone in Turin – absent since the death of Gianni Agnelli.

The chances of Laudrup getting the job seem less than zero, but everyone has the right to dream of a revolution at the Olimpico. Add the appointment of Gianluca Vialli in place of 'Luciano Moggi wannabe’ Alessio Secco and the Old Lady will finally have a new, fresh and original make up.

Why don't we contact him? As mentioned in the blog there are enough reasons...

It seems that there is a new craze in town of hiring Ex-payers as new Managers, and looks like we are heading that road too.
I am in favour of Ciro at the moment as it seems that all players have a good vibe with him and things look good at least in the dressing room. Sure, that wont be enough to get us the trophies we are aftar, but who knows what can be done. With a similar squad Ranieri had, we only need propper motivation and a few tactical teaks.

Following a trend blindly really kills me. I hope Conte proves me wrong.

Well, in a way it seems that coaching has turned to become a commercial job after all. Management are looking into someone who can bring back the missing winning spirit into the squad.

Regardless, it isn't about being a charity or not. You already have one inexperienced coach, why in the hell would you bring one who is just as inexperienced to replace him? No logic, no sense... don't really know what to say about that. Conte isn't proven and he isn't our savior . If we replace Ferrara it should NOT be with Conte but someone more experienced. They both played for the club so that shouldn't be the deciding factor.

Fact of the matter is, if we are going to have an inexperienced, young coach then we may as well stick with the one we currently have instead of having to compensate Bari for another one who may not even work out or be able to hack it at the top level.

So in conclusion, it would be absolute bollocks to install Conte because he has just about as much experience in coaching as Ferrara. Plus we'd have to pay to get him here. I'd prefer to see someone with more experience and know how if we do replace Ferrara.
Now I agree with you, both shouldn't be our manager next season, I thought you were asking Ferrara to stay. They should be our manager some time, but not just yet, not at times like these..

Why would Wenger come here after rejecting Real Madrid?

    Non starter.
Don`t know but maybe he just doesn`t like Madrid or something
As for Gourcuff We have Diego and Giovinco do you think Gourcuff on the right would fit or would it be too much

    Blanc enters Juve frame
    Friday 29 May, 2009
Bordeaux Coach Laurent Blanc is the latest name to be linked with the Juventus post.

The Old Lady parted company with Claudio Ranieri with just two games of the season remaining.

Youth boss Ciro Ferrara was installed in a caretaker capacity and is hoping to land the job permanently.

However, Bari Coach Antonio Conte - a former Juve midfielder hero - is the favourite to take the hot seat.

But it seems like the fight for one of European football's most prestigious positions is more than a two-horse race.

Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport insists that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is a candidate and there may be a new challenger in Bordeaux leader Blanc.

Bordeaux have been the surprise package of the Ligue 1 season and are on the brink of winning the title.

Laurent Blanc is also known to be close to Juve director Jean-Claude Blanc, who is a key figure in the decision-making process.

Another relatively young coach with only 2 year coaching experience. But he did great in these two years. Manager of the year in 2007/08 and second place with Bordeaux, while this year he's 1st placed in France with the same team.
