Ciro Ferrara will say goodbye to soccer the 9 june to the Saint stage Paul, day in which will be will be in its honor one great festivity with the companions of the Juve and Naples.

Juventus' veteran defender Ciro Ferrara will hang up his playing boots at the end of the season.

A friendly match has been arranged on June 9 in his hometown Naples in which a number of his team-mates over the years will feature.

The 38-year-old has won virtually every trophy going in the game during his career that spans 20 seasons.

Ferrara has won the Scudetto, UEFA Champions League, Uefa Cup, Coppa Italia, Intercontinental Cup and European Super Cup.

Injury has hampered the stopper's progress this season, although he hopes to again don the famous Old Lady jersey before season's end.

Ferrara, who is desperately close to featuring in 500 Serie A games, is expected to assume a role on Juventus' coaching staff.

Great player and gentleman, what a shame he isn't 15 years younger!
Yeah, I've always wished Ciro could be back young, what a player we'll miss.

We'll Never Forget you CIRO FERRARA. :touched:
