Christian Poulsen is currently visiting Liverpool's training ground (Melwood) with his wife, while his advisor Jørn Bonnesen is getting the final pieces in the deal done. I highly doubt that Liverpool is waiting for Mascherano to be sold.
Didn't really follow the Mascherano saga, so I didn't know what he said. I'm more interested now, as it seems this deal could slow down Poulsen's sale.
It's been a slow transfer window, so I wouldn't worry about Poulsen's deal. We've got the cash for a 5.7 million euro purchase. I think now it's just about making sure we clear one player out for another.
