No.

When they tell you your not part of plans. Then he has no hope of playing here.
Well, Legro did the same thing and yet he's still here, so it's not as clear cut as you'd think.

I thought you were talking about Poulsen, Tiago is way too obvious, he's a mercenary asshole.

Christian Poulsen will fly into Liverpool today, to tie up a £6million reunion with his old boss Roy Hodgson.

The Reds manager gave Poulsen an introduction into professional football when he was manager of FC Copenhagen a decade ago, and together the pair won a title medal.

Now the midfielder will undergo a medical this afternoon and expects to complete negotiations with the English club on a three year contract after his club Juventus agreed a fee over the weekend.

Denmark coach Morten Olsen allowed the 30 year old to pull out of his country’s international game on Wednesday evening against Germany, to allow him to complete the switch to Anfield.

And the experienced campaigner could go straight into the Liverpool side for Sunday’s showdown with Arsenal, on the opening weekend of the season.

Brazilian Lucas will be away on international duty and won’t be back until Friday at the earliest, and Poulsen would be the obvious alternative.

Liverpool boss Hodgson wants a deal in place to allow him to sell unhappy midfielder Javier Mascherano, and despite suggestions from Inter Milan yesterday that they can’t afford the Argentine, that deal will still do through.

So a medical today...

I really can't wait to hear what the plan is for a 4th CM. Between the way Sissoko and to a lesser extent Marchisio have gotten nicked, and the way Melo and Sissoko tackle, we're going to need that fourth CM. Poulsen doesn't complain, and could have filled in as emergency CB...

GM's gotta have some sort of contingency plan here...

I thought Ekdal would be the sub, yet he got loaned to Bologna, so I really don't know what Marotta has in mind. If Marchisio gets injured a Melo Sissoko midfield would be a nightmare.

Contingency plan? That makes it sound like whatever happens is out of our control, doesn't it? :D

It's a nightmare regardless unless Melo finally comes good.

Sooner or later he's gone - that's sure. Agger did welcome his signing already. Now, tomorrow or the day after, same thing.

But the sooner the better, we gotta invest ASAP.

Who's your pick for 4th choice CM Dus?
4th choice shouldn't mean much. We need one good player when Poulsen and Ekdal leave. We're in 3 competition and all players should be very good so we rotate.

We should be looking for someone who's good with the ball, as we never really had that type of a player.

Among my favs would be Kwadwo (not likely at all since he's better than the most we have) and Poli (young player who wouldn't mind bench much I guess but somebody who can be great in future. He's showing some promise already). Cigarini was good option but he's in Spain now sadly. I don't know...it's hard, many of those who I like wouldn't come to be a back up.

If we're looking to get some winger and a left back and don't have much to spend I'd go for Greco.

Sadly, IMO the BEST option for us was Ekdal. Too bad we fucked it up.
