I seriously doubt that we are going to see a player of Poulsen's quality coming our way to replace the outgoing player.
It would have to be one of our best coups in years to find a good player, sign him and turn a profit from selling Poulsen and buying the new guy. Other than just buying a great player outright, I don't see how this benefits us.

Its all good we'll just play someone out of position
Imagine this. Melo and all our left wingers go down with injury. That leaves us with only Marchisio and Sissoko in the center. Since Del Neri said Diego can't play on the wing, he decides to play Diego next to Sissoko in the center, fielding Marchisio out left.

Yeah, in some ways that wouldn't surprise me.

Denmark midfielder Poulsen misses out on Germany friendly

Copenhagen - Denmark midfielder Christian Poulsen has pulled out of coach Morten Olsen's squad for Wednesday's friendly against Germany, the Danish Football Association said.
Olsen has given Poulsen leave of absence to focus on negotiations concerning a possible transfer from his Italian side Juventus to Liverpool.
Poulsen, 30, has made 77 appearances for Denmark.
The tune-up on Wednesday is part of Denmark's preparations for the Euro 2012 qualifiers, and offers Olsen a chance to test some new players since some of his regulars are injured or have not played much in their teams.

we have: marchisio, sissoko, melo and a possible help from diego and camo/krasic.
We will only miss poulsen when we will need 2dms and one of marchisio and momo is missing.
Its unwise and uber stupidity to end up with an overpriced and overrated young and italian dm, right after selling off poulsen.
pool's price should be considered ridiculous, considering the amount we gave, but we will have to pay for secco's mistakes for some more years.
That was exactly what i was talking about right when he was comitting those mistakes and ppl ere dreaming of titles and accused me of pesimism...

6/6,5 mln is fine for a player that was a liability the past 2 years, with not much playing time that what signed from us for 9,75mln 2 years earlier.considering that he is 30 now,i'm satisfied with his price tag.

my concern is that with only 3 natural DM/MCs maybe it's a mistake to sell ekdal or not choose to keep candreva
