Christian Chivu broke Roma’s press black-out to send a message out to all Roma fans.
“I have three years left on my contract and I am happy to stay at Roma,” said the Romanian defender.

“When we have our fans close to us we are proud and happy for what they do for the team. I want to say sorry for breaking the black-out, I know I’ll be fined, but I feel the fans love me and they deserve to hear this,” he added.

Chivu moved to Roma in August of 2003, and despite being hit by a flurry of injuries this season, has confirmed to be a world-class defender in his few outings.

Inter and Juventus are the two clubs being linked to the former Ajax skipper most frequently.

Chivu is worth around 20 million Euros.

Francesco Totti’s girlfriend Ilary Blasi revealed yesterday that she is pregnant with their first child.
“I will give birth to Francesco’s first child,” Ilary announced during a popular Italian television show.

Totti, who is set to marry Ilary in June, called the show and said ‘now we are missing another four.’

Ilary is expected to give birth to Totti Jr. in the month of October.

For a start i repeat that i study in Romania and Football press here accords great attention on Chivu says.
I dont understand why everyone here are so convinced we will buy chivu this year.

Since chivu joined roma he was always declaring to romanian media that he loves roma since he was a child
(as many others ROMA-nian, players and fans, who admire italy-ROMA and believe they are Roman ancestors)
and he wants to stay here for ever!!!
