No way, the music of the 90's was great, from Belgian house music (Fiocco) to Belgian Rave music (Yves Deruyter, bonzai records) to the great alternative music (Nirvana, Metallica), I will always be a child of the 90's.

Man, really? I hated the 90s. The clothes and music (with some obvious exceptions) really sucked.
That was my first decade, so I may be biased. I liked the music though, very lively and even though I am ashamed to admit it now, I was a huge Ricky Martin fan.

I guess it was never my style. I don't like metal, or grunge (though I respect that it was great music for its time). But all of that "alternative" shite that was overplayed for years was really grating (Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins, etc). Maybe it just never spoke to me, but I found it really dull.

That is probably why I like the 80s so much too, it was my first decade and I thought everything was bright and shiny and energetic. Nostalgia is a powerful thing

Nah, Oasis doesn't do anything for me (obviously now they are seperated, but they never did)
Blur, well yes, a few songs Countryhouse and of course, Song 2.
Don't know Pulp.
Oh, and I forgot the band with, for me, one of the best songs ever, Bush with Glycerine.

Price is a whole different question, and something that has dogged every decade (post 50s), the 90s are not excepted. But the cooler kids have always been stylish on a budget, look at the punk movement and John Hughes films.
The 90s are responsible for some hideous shit - stirrup pants, tie-dye, scrunchies, parachute pants...not expensive, but 100% ugly. But you still had supermodels and designer fashion then too.
