he never said he wants first place at left back. he isnt wrong at all, 8 games and not one minute for a player who i smore than capable of playing at left against lower teams in serie A as well as replacing a player like nedved since he has no 'defensive skills' as some put it.
He is a very good young player, and losing such a player will probably be a regret in the future.

well i just saw the U-21 game of italy against Sloveina. I must say he only had a couple of good crosses, but his dribbling wasnt good and i saw some glimpses of good defensive work.
I understand why he wants to get his chance , thats a fair right.But like everyone else he needs to wait and see.Everyone will get his chance and this kid is already mouthing off, olders more experienced players didnt say anything when they had to wait for their time to play, even if it was a long one.
The best example must be chimenti, although he is a sorry excuse for a GK but when juve brought in Abbiati infront of him he didnt say anything although Gigi's injury was his time to shine.
Another thing that Giorgio needs to remember is that his position is very delicate, the defense needs to have more consistency than anywhere in the field.Thats why he didnt get his chance yet.Also we didnt play in Coppa italia yet, he should get his chance there , if he didnt get in the SerieA.

My primary concern is having Camo on the right as well - they could clash and having one on either side would provide us better width as well as exploit their talents more effectively.
Italy doesn't have a rightback ready ATM so Zambrotta's been drafted in.Whether it'll be long term is anyone's guess.
