Well, I guess we don't have the luxury of attending practice sessions, But to be honest Chiellini does have more footballing skills than Balzaretti, from what I know, the later is more physical.

I agree with this, Zambrotta as left midfielder. Each time he actually DOES venture forward in a match it makes me long for more, as he is so effective and disciplined in attack. He rarely makes a wrong move. A good way to utilize this is to let Zambrotta play as midfieder, instead of the aging Nedved. I prefer Mutu upfront instead of as a midfielder anyway. Only problem with this is, that the rightback issue becomes an ..issue again. In theory the Zambrotta RB and Chiellini LB is a good idea, and both are performing reasonably well. Though I think Zambrotta in a more attacking role would be even better. Noone knows how to find Trezeguet, like Zambrotta knows how to.
Like I've been sayin, Zambo is one of the best Wingers also! not just LB! I think Zambo is up there with Robben. He's good a great dribble makes excellent crosses and makes good runs...
Its been too long now his offensive abilities have been wasted.

Having Zebina out, and pessotto getting old, i think for now this is what cap should use, and keep on using untill we get a new RB..
but lets see what will happen maybe Chiellini can convince Cap and the rest, so we would keep on playing him there, and lets hope Chiellini will be a part of WC 2006!

The 4-4-2 formation disrupts his offensive runs. IMO Zambrotta should have been given a lot of space to run and track back. If Camo/Nedved move more to the centre Zambro can have the ability to attack and defend.

But hey, I wouldn't mind Zambrotta in LM position maybe next season.
