Juventus will start to guard their Scudetto on 26 August, when the Serie A championship which will finish on 18 May 2013, will begin. Serie A League announced the new match schedule which will also see three midweek games on Wednesday 26 September, Wednesday 31 October and Wednesday 8 May 2013.

The date of the Italian Super Cup between Juventus and Napoli was also announced. It will take place on Sunday 19 August, unless the international fixtures will suggest to change the date using one of the two extra dates available: Saturday 11 or Saturday 25 August. The place where the encounter will occur is to be arranged. The choice will be between Beijing and Turin.
Moreover, Coppa Italia fixtures were also announced. The competition will start on Sunday 5 August with the first qualifying round. The second one will occur on Sunday 12 August, while the third one will take place on Saturday 18 August and the fourth one on Wednesday 28 November. The qualifying heats were scheduled on Wednesday 12 December, the quarter finals on Wednesday 9 January 2013, the first round semifinals on Wednesday 23 January while the return games on Wednesday 30 January. The final will occur on Sunday 26 May, with an extra date on Saturday 1 June.
