Giovinco isn't playing because our best attacking player is available today. Like it or not, as long as Mirko is in the club - Giovinco will play second fiddle in any formation, at any time.

I really don't think that Giovinco and Vucinic should partner up. They both like to play in the same spaces and it's quite messy. As inept as I think Matri is, I think he should start given our current formation and lack of alternatives. He makes the right runs all the time, it might be frustrating that he needs 3 chances to bag a goal but we look so much better with him on.
