We’re just not good enough. Too much mediocrity and inconsistency. The likes of Mbangula, Savona, Cabal, Gatti, Weah, and I can go on don’t cut it at this level.
A draw that feels like a loss. We were definitely the better team on the pitch. We had a bit of bad luck and lack of that final pass.
We pressured them well and were able to benefit from it but then it just ended.
I didnt really get the idea of making Mangbula the CF.. He was awkward.
The less said the better i guess, with all said and done we ultimately got bailed out by Coinceicao earning us that PK call but then managed to do everything to lose all the good momentum built up until that point…
It’s ok after all, just remember Lille beat Real Madrid too lol
