Juventus' Champions League qualifier with Artmedia Bratislava has been called off after a devastating thunderstorm hit the stadium.

The Bianconeri were set to take to the field this evening, but the weather made it impossible to play football.

The two clubs have agreed to reschedule in the same venue for 13.30 on Sunday, UK time.

The squad had been bolstered by the arrival of Alessandro Del Piero, Mauro Camoranesi and Christian Poulsen.

People, don't you think that this is copied from an article about one of the friendly matches we played earlier this summer ( i think it was vs Dortmund) ? Did you forget that the match was re-scheduled for 13:30 UK time after a thunderstorm hit the stadium.

A breve verrà presa la decisione sull'eventualità di giocarla a domenica prossima. Questo il comunicato apparso sul sito bianconero al momento del calcio d'inizio. "Artmedia e Juventus non scenderanno in campo questa sera. La gara dei preliminari, in programma alle ore 20.45, è stata infatti annullata a causa di un violento nubifragio abbattutosi sulla città transalpino.
