We had the right mentality today. Let's keep it.
We played with determination today. I loved it. You could see they were hungry for victory. I just don't want us to crumble under pressure when it matters most. Conte has a lot to do.

I don't doubt our ability, it just makes things more difficult. The game in Donetsk is my main concern.
I think we would've learned alot from our first game against them. I don't expect it to be easy but IF we can beat Chelsea at home, the momentum should be with us and hopefully that can transfer to the pitch in Ukraine.

Chelsea have West Brom away before our game which again is a difficult game and they cannot afford to rest players.

On our day, not many teams are better, but in CL, experience and mentality play a very big part.
true and that game will show what we are about, the true juve will show that game, why? because they simple have to and if it doesnt end in the result we want then we arnt ready yet but I am sure we will come away with 3 points if we play our game. you dont go 49 league games unbeaten by fluke and with alot of our players being at the euro final this past summer I think we will be ok when push comes to shove. Di Matteo is not an idiot and he damn well knows hes riding luck thats going to end sooner or later.

Didn't Audley Harrison score for them tonight? It seems their bench is pretty useful too.

food for thought. How adventurous do you think DI Matteo is going to set up his team against Juve knowing hes probably going to get fired at the end of the year if we doesnt get at least quarter/semi finals? should be interesting.

I'm not sure I agree with you, because I can think of at least three occasions (Cagliari, Chievo and Lecce all at home finished 1-1) last season where Juventus scored early against small opposition and ended up conceding. I don't think the problem has changed from then till now, because the team has more goals than what is being showed, yet it's lacking an important component. Even this season Juventus has become a second half team and taken Siena, Parma, Genoa, Napoli and Bologna out in the second half and quite late on in the match.

I don't think it matters when the goal is scored, nearly as much as how the goal is scored. And who will be that guy to put away 20 goals for Juventus each season?
i am not sure you understand what i am saying, bc it is clearly important to get an early goal against teams that park the bus, or it will progressivly get harder to win the match. we have struggled in to many matches this year just bc we dont put our chances in the net and get that goal. we are supperior to most teams in serie a, so the fact that we eventually win doesnt mean getting a goal as soon as possible is not good. goals change matches and open them up, thats a fact. the NS game would never have ended the way it did, if we had gotten the early and first goal. we had the chances and the skill to win, but as more and more chances where squandered we suffered mentally and lost 2 extremly important points.

difference is that they have 3905872091732905 top players in attack and they don't have their main strength in their game but in individual brilliance and their bench has a ton of individual brilliance

Can't be certain of that - they're one of the world's biggest teams. Merda didn't go to Turin and play on the counter.
cant be certain, but chelsea would be stupied not to play on the counter, when it is us that need to win. also inter had little to loose against us, we where favorits on a 49 games unbeaten run, and it was only 3 points to play for. not 10-20m euros and advancment in cl.

I almost broke a window when Chelsea scored, but after calming down I quickly shifted focus to what I saw at Juventus Stadium tonight. The lads played a brilliant match. It was lovely to see Juve win big again! I do believe the odds are stacked against us with Chelsea's late win, but if we can play two perfect games against Chelsea and Shakhtar, we will go through.

Conte will make Di Matteo his bitch. They were only lucky against us at the Bridge with the two screamers
I know but I feel that...it's kinda the difference between us and them, you know? The billionaires have so much quality attacking players that they have a tendency of getting that little bit of extra "luck" going for them, whereas we will have to play the perfect match.

Let's just hope that we do.
