Junktoli man. 29th Jan we have 1 semi capable full back on the bench 2 CBs a midfielder at left back, and offensive winger at RB...
U know that he could sign 10 full backs on 1st of January and none would play today?

At least he has been in decent form. Probably a reward for that.
Yeah Wes is a good choice, I definitely prefer him to Perin or Gatti.

For sure about his form but captaincy isn't really meant to be a buck that you pass. Gatti was captain a few games, Perin is probably the closest thing to an actual captain that we have currently. This doesn't sit right with me and highlights fundamental problems at the club. I mean the Koop captaincy was pathetic, this takes the cake now. Again I have nothing against Wes, he's been good all season.

Yeah, sadly we don't have someone like Buffon or Chiello anymore, natural leaders.
