now it would be hilarious to see gala get knocked out of europe all together
I just realise this. that would be so awesome.

And before the juve game, one thing that crossed my mind was "what if we concede some retarded goal and a card, and lose ? Copenhagen could go for the win against allready qualified madrid

If Bruma's playing then he is the outlet in that respect.
TBH, the player I was fearing the most before this match was Bruma because of the pace and counters. But then I see a 3-4-1-2 with 3 rather slow players up front and I'm thinking maybe they want to try and pin us back since there's no such thing as a defensive 3-4-1-2 really. You'd have to make it a 3-5-2 and drop the trequartista for a true DM.

You can't defend the middle of your backline with just 2 CMs because one will constantly be pulled out of position.

I give up. It's Mancini after all. Fucker is clueless, I have no idea what he's doing.

It'll be a standard 352 at times, don't forget that Sneijder can play quite deep. He's by no means lazy.

Sneijder can play deep if that's his position. Expecting him to drop deep to defend and then move up to play behind the strikers is irrational to me.

See my issue is that the 2 CMs are not directly covering Chedjou. Llorente will have direct lines from teammates all game unless one pulls in front, in which case Sneijder has to cover that CM. Can he do that all game?

Their system looks almost like Bologna's from the weekend. There were lanes all over the field, we could have had 4 goals in the first 30 minutes.

I just hope we don't back off too much like we usually do. I hate it so much - if we do we're truly in trouble. We have to play our game without taking too much risk but trying to trouble them. If we score first it could be the game that would be all ours.
