Over the past two years they are quite scary. Had it not been for over the top City and Liverpool they would have won the title surely. Plenty of great players and what I find great is how they are fielding some kids that are actually good and not overhyped like ours. I think Lewis and Nwaneri are really talented.
they've won just an fa cup in 2020 in his 5 year tenure and nothing else

even if arteta would have you believe different:

their losers and it'd be glorious to kick them out of the champions league regardless of how shit our form is currently

We got lucky this time, I was so sure we would get City. Celtic will probably still be more than a handful for us in our current condition.

Meeting City at this time is not the worst though, they're struggling big time. So Real Madrid probably got this as they always do in the CL.

Lol Arsenal would literally humiliate us. I think majority of their players will come back from injury. Saka alone would spread our ass 4 fingers.
I was so sure about that as well last year when we played them. Turned out our experience was key and we ousted them without it being undeserved.

So I could see Juve do the same to them. Arsenal is a good team, but they really lack experience in the CL.

They are competing with City so let's not forget that. Generally the spending in the EPL is insane. They haven't won titles but Arteta has overachieved imo. In case he leaves you'll see Arsenal drop down to 7th place. He made them competitive and they have impressive seasons behind them. Look how much they score and concede. It was basically impossible to win next to City. This year Liverpool is having an incredible run, too. I know people mock him (Arteta) but he actually made them relevant compared to the past. But this season they are dealing with tons of injuries.

Unfortunately I think you spreaking of some old Juve. We were struggling with Brugge, Nice, Villa and Benfica. Not only we don't have CL experience but we're master of choking. If fit I think Arsenal would score at least 4 against this current Juve.

sure, i'll give you that their more competitive and are a better team overall since he took charge. iirc conte won the league win chelsea during pep's first season in the league also. there are more injuries across the board after uefa dumped even more games onto to schedule. their fanbase is still intolerable

charity shields count too!

You're right, I was probably thinking of the Juve from last decade. That team would definitely dismantle Arsenal imo.

With Wenger, they have always been the 4th team in the Premier League.

Even now, when City is in crisis, they can't take the title.

We’ve actually got a rather accessible pathway considering our 20th place finish in the group phase so tbh i wouldn’t bet against us grinding it all the way to the QF’s with a bit of luck, but i guess just advancing past the play-off might already be a huge task for this current bunch, hopefully we can make a good impression at least.

For a lack of better words i guess…

What i really meant was we are getting KO’d anyway soon enough so hopefully we can at least not embarrass ourselves in the process either and that’d already mean we’ve made a good impression lol

If we beat PSV, in the round of 16 we get Inter or Arsenal.
Since we'll obviously eliminate whoever we get, then in the quarters we will get the winner of City vs Real VS Atletico or Leverkusen.
Then in the semis we're getting (if there won't be any surprises) Liverpool or Barcelona.

We'll beat whoever we get in the final.

Congrats on our 3rd CL title, brothers.

Hats off to Atalanta, they play like a big, prestigious team, they don't spend half the amount we spend in every transfer window.
Gasperini really fucked up at Inter but what he does with Atalanta certainly deserves recognition.
One of my favorite coaches although I dont think he could handle Juve

Do we need to beat both PSV and Milan to get the right to face Inter/Arsenal ? NVM I got it.
