Italian wins:

1985, 1989, 1990, 1996, 2003, 2007, 2012, 2014, 2022.

Pretty constant wins.

But I know, Ancelotti doesn't count.

Goalposts always moving.
Ancelotti has like more than half of those. So only Ancelotti counts, other managers not so much. The point is that stat isn't worth much when talking about coaches of a certain nationality considering even England is ranked highly

Another reason why Trapattoni is legend on many levels. By winning it, he setback the english coaches for decades.

You forgot 1994 ;)

Italian coaches won a quarter of the CLs in the past 40 years but apparently they suck and are the worst.

This is why both Conte and Ranieri went to PL and won titles in their first seasons there. Cuz Italians suck.

This topic is mostly brought up by Talibani Allegro fanatics like Dai and the likes. They have to bring in their pro Allegro agenda everywhere because it somewhat validates Allegro even though he's never won in Europe.

JJ need to evolve from Allegro coaching style. Him being Italian is not important in this case.

Besides one season of Italian teams (with Italian managers) doing well in CL in like two decades doesn't prove anything. While managers of those respective teams certainly have a more modern outlook than our Talibani coach, it's not like Bayern, Madrid and prem teams are looking to towards the Pioli's and Inzaghi's of the world to win them trophies.

In saying that, inb4 we smash Freiburg

4 of 10 is “like more than half”? Math not one of your strengths, eh?

Literally no one on Tuz wants Allegri to keep coaching here, Dai has said multiple times it is time to get a new coach. But keep making shit up Cuspy Cusp. :baus:

The nationality of the coach doesn't matter that much if he is good and coaching a great team, the table shows that. You can with with Italian coaches, you could win with a Canadian coach (if there is a good one there) if you gave him a great team and other things like "luck" went his way
