Nah, Costa had those games when he was unplayable, but he wasn't consistent enough. Of course Vini is better, just similar players to me, bar the preffered foot.
i think the current handball rules are pretty inconsistent. for a defender, it's not a handball if the ball is deflected from an other body part. for an attacker, every single minuscule touch qualifies for a handball.
It depends. If the player whose hand the ball hits scores it's automatically a handball regardless of intention or any deflection. However if he passes the ball and someone else scores then they look at the intention, deflections and other stuff.
