For the average Bundesliga games not as much, but the CL it's fantastic.

Haven’t seen enough of Bundesliga to compare to Anfield, but agree that the ambience is generally excellent in the ones i’ve seen.

EPL and Bundesliga have definitely left Spain and Italy behind as far as stadiums go i think.
