Inter in isolation too for Rugani?
Football Italia
There are growing reports Inter as well as Juventus will have to go into isolation after Daniele Rugani tested positive for the Coronavirus.
La Repubblica claim that because Juve played Inter on Sunday, even though Rugani did not play, it would make the Inter players and staff people who interacted with him.
The Bianconeri defender remained on the bench for the whole match in Turin, which was played behind closed doors.
“The footballer, Daniele Rugani has tested positive for Coronavirus-COVID-19 and is currently asymptomatic,” read a statement.
“Juventus Football Club is currently activating all the isolation procedures required by law, including those who have had contact with him.”
This also means that inevitably Juve will be unable to play the Champions League Round of 16 tie with Olympique Lyonnais, which is set for March 17.
