Or maybe when "Burt Reynolds" changed his name to "Turd Ferguson" in the middle of the show

Laughed my ass off when I saw Will Ferrell as Trebek

Burt Reynolds is also one of my favorites in Celebrity jeopardy, the episode where he has that giant cowboy hat on cracks me up!
