If the player has moved on, as you said in your first post (which by the way had no source) then he is of no concern to juventus anymore, or at least for the foreeable future, so it can stay in misc soccer.

I heard it from a Russian who is usually reliable about these things write now it has only been revealed I think in National (Argentinan, Brazilian and Russian Media)

I am though feverishly looking for a international source to confirm this (altough I hope this just a hoax so we can still sign Cavenaghi)

    Cavenaghi Set For Surprise Move
    7/12/2004 5:55:00 PM
Young River Plate hotshot Fernando Cavenaghi is expected to seal shock move to Spartak Moscow in the very near future.
The 20-year-old Argentine has been the target of several of Europe’s biggest clubs, but is now set to complete the most expensive transfer in Russian football history.

The whole operation will cost Spartak 11.5 million dollars, with the player earning 1.5 million dollars a season.

Cavenaghi has scored 71 goals in 121 matches for River.

Roman is a friend of CSKA and has invested in that team

Spartak is tradionally the peoples team

While Roman is a "very good friend" of the old communist establishment so ofcourse he choose the club closest to his club

The club of the Army CSKA Moscow
