Iaquinta was on 3m, Matri and Quag think are on 2.2 and 2.1m,. Anelka pittance sum, like less then a mill, Bendtner no idea, but doubt its much more then 1m-ish, prolly 1.6m.

Pretty sure Quagmire and Matri have atleast over 2m, and Anelka is on less then a mill, or exactly a mill at most.
Matri 2.2, Quag 2.1 from that gazzetta data.

That's about 9.5m right there. Should free up for one more besides Tevez.

I just feel like Tevez is one of those excellent deals that we can't say no to and should be added on top of the big money signing that was first planned.

It would be so typical if we signed Higuain/Jovetic for those 25m only for Marotta to sign Diamanti for 10m as the bonus player instead of Tevez just because Diamanti would make like 3m less.
agreed because even though we are focusing Higuain in all the reports saying we are close to jovetic or tevez it also says Higuain is the top player, so its as though these players would also come with higuain

Nah, thats what the newspapers say.

In reality, we are going for Higuain, and are using Tevez and Jovetic as backup plans.

We arent close to jovetic cause fiorentina makes it clear they want cash, wich they know we wont give much, so whilst we probably have a player agree'ing therms, the deal with the team is the furtest away of everything

Tevez seems like the backup plan, altho this is a reverse jovetic. we probably havea verbal agreement with city on the fee, but his wages are more then twice to high.

One of them will come, proably/hopefully Higuain, and then we'll sign diamanti or something. Unless Tevez lowers his wage demands.

Normally we wouldnt be able to afford another 10 mil player on our maximum allowed wages (6mil), but Tevez brings a ton of marketting. And having potentially an argentine pair of forwards, with such massive reputation, would attrack a significant audience in south america.

I also believe that Higuain will be the only top player but if we are able to buy tevez for 10m on 5m wages than he is way better than diamanti

@Alex I cant agree on the Tevez thing. People forgot its not that Tevez from 3 years ago anymore. There is a chance he could revive himself like Cannavaro did at us, but its not certain. On the other hand having Higuain on 6 and Llorente on 4.5 mil, and then adding6 (not 5) mil for Tevez, is basically putting at least 4.5mil wages on the bench all the time. And dont forget, that with big wages, come even bigger bonusses
We dont have the financial capacity to do that. Thats why a diamanti who comes for significantly less wage and bonus, is interesting. The forwards remain the same, but significantly less money is used on the bench.

@treq Its a very small possibility we shouldnt consider. Technically we could do it if Tevez would lower his demand to 5-6mil, but if we do, we are actually taking a risk cause we are going sligtly overboard financially as i explained above.

Hence, i would be freaking estatic if we finally get Higuain. And actually, llorente alone, is pretty fantastic.

Of course I understand if the wages are too big then it wont go through, and Im not saying Tevez is who I want, I would much rather have Higuain but with all this Tevez talk im trying to think of a way to get Higuain lol

As much as I want Tevez at Juve, I'm not getting my hopes up. History tells us he's a money grabbing whore. He'll end up going to Monaco or some other cash cow team.

Oh, now who the hell said that?
@King of Kings This clown

Do not want Tevez to come here at all, he's a money-grabbing mercenary and what he did to Man City by refusing to come off the bench in the Champions League was unforgivable.

I believe that at Juventus in addition to signing good players we have also signed mainly players with the right characters who want to be here and play for the shirt, I don't want a player here playing for his paycheck first and the team second.

Imagine if he decided to act up and refuse to come off the bench for us? He did it once and he can do it again, I don't know about anyone else but if he did that I would foaming at the mouth with anger wanting to punch him (even though I'm sure Conte actually would).

I honestly don't think he's miles better than Vucinic and I don't think its exactly great to pin all our hopes on a 29-year-old, chubby, money-grabber who wouldn't appreciate what it means to be at Juventus.

Get Higuain!
Right... because it's perfectly acceptable and professional to refuse to play for your team in any circumstance. :sergio:

Like to see how you would react if he did that for Juventus, if he's gonna do it once he can do it again. If you told your boss at work you didn't feel like working you would be out the door like that, regardless what you think of Man City and Mancini that is disgusting behaviour by Tevez.

And I'm not embarrassing myself because I'd be happy to debate with you or anyone why I think that Tevez isn't a massive upgrade on Vucinic, and given that the majority of posters here are from the USA, Australia, Eastern Europe, Middle East etc. I'd be willing to bet that I've probably seen more live matches and on a regular basis then most people here and given my background in sports journalism I think I'm pretty qualified to make that point.
OK, let's debate then strengths and weaknesses of both players, and for the record I'm not saying that Tevez isn't better than Vucinic but that the gulf between them isn't anywhere near as huge as Vucinic and Falcao for instance.

Wouldn't be natural if a club like Monaco wasn't doing their best to seal this player, especially at that price.
Don't you think they would have done it already?
