Sounds like urbbish. Even if thats what he wants..
1-He should beintelligent enought to ask this when the time comes, in other words, after everything is set on the competitiva fronts.
2- Boca Juniros must pay
I can see Tevez comming early with this maybe. But lets be fucking honest, Boca got to fucking pay up instead of pussying out.

We can say to tevez "fine, but we need to buy a replacement, so Boca needs to pay for getting you a year early, 20 mil is okay"

Sky - Tevez never asked to terminate the contract at Juventus

According to Sky Sports, Carlitos Tevez never asked to Juventus to terminate his contract prematurely. In fact, the Apache should respect the natural expiration of his contract with the Bianconeri until 2016. To date, it seems unlikely that Tevez leave Juventus and therefore should remain in Turin for another year.

Don't have a problem with him staying one more year and then leaving for free. What we paid represents a huge bargain for us in any case.
But business is business. If we are going to lose our most miportant dude like this, the team taking him respect our contract

Of course if somebody wants him after this year they'll have to pay. After next season his contract runs out, and I don't mind at all the idea of him going back to his boyhood club while he's still in his prime and it costing them nothing.
