I havent seen replays, but i really think that it shouldnt have been called a foul. The little touch he did on the player didnt matter at all cause every referee in his right might would have seen that there was no way that the Shaktar player could have reached the ball.

If Chiellini can appeal against the yellow, then he definitely should do that.
