So, you're hinting that Del Piero was not qualified to play in Serie A, Thus, he accepted playing in Serie B. I don't know, but I think him winning the Serie B Goalscorer is an indicator of what you're saying.
I didn't mean that at all. DP is my favourite player, I love the guy, but if he was in his prime and the balon d'or winner I don't think he would have stayed and played in Serie B. If we were relegated in 1998 when DP was at his best do you really think he would have remained at the club?

We dont need Cannavaro. We have the best defence in the world right now obviously. So why would we need one of the best defenders the world has seen in the last 20 odd years back at our club?Idiots.

You're so right.

He is the only central defender in the universe and there are no other central defenders in he distance between us and Jupiter...

He could have but he didn't and that's not a disrespectful decision in any way. You don't think we cheated? So they relegated us and brought shame to calcio and lowered the quality for Serie A for fun?
Thats right, he could have stayed, which would have shownn respect towards to Juventus, but he choose to leave.

They relegated us, with wiretaps that werent incriminating (according to the Italian justice system, not the Inter led sportive 1), all the while taking legal shortcuts, all so they could deflect attention away from the fact their director was worse than Moggi and send us to serie b. Juventus were convicted in the court of public opinion, by sports papers who showed little to no journalistic integrity, reporting half truths and ignoring anything which deviated from "Moggi is the mastermind" bollocks.

Calciogate shouldn't be used as a reason to back up Cannavaro's decision, since even he believes Juventus earnt those titles. Also, if Del Piero's, Buffon's, Nedved's, etc subtle Inter jabs are anything to go by, he know about the political bs as well.

We shouldn't be correcting a player's error. That for him to handle. Juve arent here to bail him out.

Rebel, the guy(s) never said that Cannavaro was our only option and that we mustttt get him back, they were just stating that if Cannavaro were to come back it would be a great help to the club because we are lacking in defense, thats all.

And its funny to hear people say Cannavaro is a traitor, considering he helped us to win two scudettos, and then all of a sudden was told "hey, u guys r cheaters, sorry but bye bye scudettos, and o yeh i forgot... u gusy r relegated too" Along with the fact that he was the best defender in the world at the time and just won the world cup, i do believe he had the right to leave by choice and seek a new footballing adventure elsewhere, think about it from his perspective, not from a fans perspective.

No one likes what happened last year. To many, it was a cutthroat backstabbing expedition by Inter to severely weaken Serie A, to others, there is some merit to the accusations. The truth is, as always, somewhere in the middle.

Fact is, even at his age, Cannavaro is one of the best defenders in the world, and one of the best four defenders linked to Juventus, IMO.

The other three being Mexes, Milito and Marquez, of which, only Mexes has any Serie A experience. Mexes has never won a Serie A title, nor has he won a World Cup... Cannavaro has. Cannavaro has a proven ability to make weaker players and younger players around him better. Mexes is also the least likely to come, as Roma will fight relentlessly to keep him.

Juventus would be fools not to bring him back, its just good business. Any of those 4 as well as someone with untapped potential like Barzagli or Criscito would be awesome, but Canna is probably the easiest to attain.

most of them are pissed becuase he promised to stay with us even in Serie C, and becuase we pulled his career back up where he was falling and we made him the best player in the world. that simple
