Look if Camo leaves the majority of Juve fans would be pissed off, but then again Moggi has always come through ie Zidane,Baggio, Vialli.

I suppose no player is bigger than Juve & we'll overcome this problem.Camo's agent is just bein a fvckin cockroach!

I like Camoranesi, but Capello's words is what counts. You have to look up to and follow the leader in the team otherwise it can only cause damage.

all depends on if capello is leaving. coz if he is going to madrid, for sure he will get joaquin to madrid. he has already set the names he wants to get rid of. r.carlos, salgado, helguera and ronaldo. he'll most likely try to swap ronaldo for adriano. the worst thing though imo is that he'll try and bring zambrotta with him.
so bottomline I don't think we'll be losing camo, but should worry about zambrotta. so you guys save that rope for crapello if things turn out that way.

i dont think the article is a pile of bull.it makes perfect business sense to sell camo right now,at 29 we'd be able to get the best possible value for him.marco isnt being bought to rot on the bench.he's got every bit ounce of talent to be a regular starter for juventus and if we are getting 10m for camo, then sure..selling him makes it a perfect moggi like transfer.

If we can get a class replacement, I'm all for it. I've always liked Marchionni. He may not be ready to fill Camo's shoes, but with time I believe he certainly could.

Still, I'm a big fan of Camo...

Capello's a great fan of playing with wingbacks in a five man midfield as he showed in Roma. Unfortunately Camoranesi doesn't fit into that kind of system. Neither is he a traditional winger in a four man midfield making runs up and down the flank. Most of his assists are made from the deep right, a central position or set pieces. I have nothing against this personally but it's obvious that he isn't the kind of player needed for a Capello style Juventus.
I don't agree. Besides playing the 5 man midfield, Capello is the biggest fan of playing 4-4-2, which he also showed at Roma amongst others.
Camoranesi is not a tradional winger, I agree there. Neither are Mutu or Nedved though and how Capello loves Nedved. We play with two attacking midfielders on flanks, two players with 'free' attacking roles. The fullbacks provide assitance in width.

Also this Capello vs Camoranesi media thing seems like bullshit to me. Capello himself is the one that made Camoranesi find his peak. Camoranesi was as consistently and continuesly played as Cannavaro and Zambrotta, the latter two always play. This season Camoranesi has been subbed several times yes, that is due to more attacking options this season and Camoranesi being slightly more inconistent this season. Add to that, Capello simply makes strange subsitutions.

It is true that none of the players playing on the midfield flanks currently are pure wingers. The only who are play as fullbacks. However, both Nedved and Mutu are much more dynamic and cover greater areas than Camo does. Mutu becomes a left forward when attacking and Nedved seeks goalscoring positions rather than playmaking positions. Even when they have possession of the ball they try to get as high up on the pitch as possible before getting it into the penalty box, contrary to Mauro.

It seems Capello's preference lies in the quicker and more dynamic play of players like Joaquín, Mancini and Marchionni.

don't sell him forget it. Who cares if they would make more money of him at the moment. He is the most creative player Juve has, he does some great assist and is very technical and beautiful to watch. Just based on these reasons, he will increase the value of the whole team, doesnt matter if he is getting older. He is not somone taht depends too much on his physique. Keep him for another 2 years. He is the best right midfielder in the world at the moment and what we are aiming for is more important.
