I think Cap will probably chose a more conservative 4-4-2. Parma are a dangerous team, they are fighting for relegation and he'll probably be a bit more cautios. And IMO he'll play Zlatan and Trez up front.

2nd) you can play with 3 defenders, but not with Nedved on the left wing of a 3-4-3. Will never happen!
