12 inches make a foot, and a foot is about 30.5 centimeters. So it's something like this:

170 cm = 5'7''
175 cm = 5'9''
180 cm = 5'11''
185 cm = 6'1''

etc.

You get the weight by dividing the kilograms by 2.

Use a Eg: famous person's date of birth who has died recently or in the past and lets see if it corresponds with their actual date they died, if that makes any sense?
