Fight fire with fire. Or bow down to your masters and accept their rule. This is how I see it. The world is not perfect. Protect what's yours or eventually it will all be taken away from you.

I think we've all heard Moratti and Materazzi and many other figures from the scum squad repeat multiple times we should hand back even more titles. For all we know we could have been with one star on the jersey by now...if Moggi didn't stand up to this at some point (with all his vices and shady reputation for which we blame him now). People saying to shut up and stop defending him didn't stand up for Juventus. Nor did Juve themselves. Moggi did. Surely mainly for himself, but we all as supporters, as well as Juve as a club benefitted from his fight, even though we didn't bother do anything but watch along, as did our management until very recently.

Nobody will come knocking on our door offering justice. It is for taking and the process is not beautiful as we've seen too many times now.

I agree that we should protect whats ours, but dont want to look at Moratti as an example. They stole our trophies.

Fair enough for me. In my view we won't be able to protect anything if Moggi is deemed head of cupola as the situation currently is. This has to change and I hope it does on some instance. Don't thank Juve for that, anyway! I understand Jem83's idea of what we are doing now, but the best outcome of this approach as I see it would be us cleared of any compensation to anyone and two titles hanging in the air. This is in no way satisfactory for me and I don't see why it should be for anyone defending Juve's colours.

I really, really hope the club lawyers know what they are doing and I am not impressed for now. Still, without Moggi's determination and the fight he is putting up with everyone, these lawyers wouldn't have even been given a case.
