It seems that Juve's Scudetti were taken from them 'unjustly'. Is it really the case that they cannot be returned to them? After all, if a thief stole a Picasso painting and, years later, it was discovered in his possession, should that painting not be returned to the rightful owner, even if you cannot prosecute the thief for the theft of it?
What is the EU legal stance on this?
Yeah, but the FIGC prosecutor's report (the latest one incriminating Inter and Milan for serious breaches) actually reaffirmed Juventus' supposed guilt - as baseless as it is. So, the scenario would be, a thief stole a painting and in turn was robbed of it himself. When the second thief is caught, does the first thief have a right to demand its return? Not really.

I'm not sure what you misunderstood but no, their guilt wasn't reaffirmed. Juventus were found to have violated article 1 for maintaining near exclusive rapports with the designators. The FIGC release proved that all clubs were doing that making the exclusive theory irrelevant and went a step further in identifying three clubs of sporting fraud meaning others were cheating while we weren't. Our guilt looks even more far fetched now that the report has been released.

I loved how those interisti at SKY were showing Capello's honours and told him what's missing(meaning does he want to win more, a world cup, etc...) and he shut them up saying you guys forgot the 2 scudetti I won with Juve, you forgot those. They didn't know what to say after that.

Indeed it was reaffirmed. The entire accusation of a "Moggi system" (as contradictory as the claim is in light of those made against the other teams by him), in fact, remains in his report.

    -edit.

Yeah. He really did shut them up for a second, but then they pretty quickly pointed out that Platini told Agnelli to save the money on the stamp etc.

So obvious that they indeed are interisti. Bastards!

But Capello did his part. Gotta love the man :)

You know what, this is completely unrelated to anything...I am at my store alone right now and I have to take the biggest shit in the history of Hustini...I can't go to the bathroom cuz I can't leave my store unattended.

    Sweating...
    Tearing up...
    Frustrated...

    Will it end? :sergio:

    Forza Moggi and CONI...
