Let's see how this one unfolds. The fact of a matter is that our president is willing to do something and credit must be given when its due. You can't really have people like Moratti, walking around and talking about honesty after they have committed every known felony in the world of football, just somehow never got caught, or when they did - didn't get punished. Its just a shame to everyone making his money in Seria A. Michelle must get involved, because in all honesty Bundesliga or Ligue 1 will never fill the void left by the downturn of Seria A. Less important than the assignment of the scudetto, IMO, is that we have an example of a really hideous practice that was rewarded: a guilty party ratting out others as a means of competitive leverage and deflecting the impression of involvement to gain an advantage.
