Ilda Boccassini’s role in this thing has been largely speculative. Her name pops up in some people’s theories largely because that douchebag Nucini (Facchetti’s referee buddy) mentioned her in his testimony. He is also a pathological liar who shot himself in the foot in the Naples trial more than once. This is one of those times.

Ilda Boccassini is a prosecutor in Milan. He said that he wanted to report all of these things he knew about Serie A to someone and that he confided in Boccassini. Later he said he never did. That’s really it.

The reason Juventini got upset is that if she did speak with Nucini way back in 2005, she should have been well aware of the illegal wiretapping and should have began an investigation into Telecom right away.

In any case, eventually someone did begin the investigation and plenty of Telecom people have been arrested and are in the middle of a trial.

Side note, she's the prosecutor in the Berlusconi hooker banging case and put away several high ranking mafiosi.

For the modelle 21 and 45 you have to be more specific. I’m not sure what you are referring to. Where did you hear about it?

Why do people respect Gabriele Marcotti? His opinions on calciopoli are incredibly selective. Listen to this podcast. He is using the argument that Ïnter's actions were defensive against Moggi, he brings up the SIM card argument against Moggi, and a few other weak points that have been proven to be bullshit in the courts, such as the GEA nonsense. He uses all of the above as a reason why Moggi is more guilty than anyone else. He makes no mention of the difference between Inter's article 6 and Moggi's article 1 btw.

Moggi's comparison with Luca Brasi. :D

I'd say Moratti, Facchetti and the FIGC represent the "honest" guys of the third film then. Elkann starring as Don Altobello.

From the mouth of the world's #1 Moggi hater-

“I think it should be stripped,” said Zeman. “The facts say it’s only right to revoke that Scudetto.

“I don’t know the latest wiretaps, but I think this step should be taken, because in my view several clubs have the right to claim that title. There were several shocking incidents that season.”

“Facchetti was a great figure in Italian football, but the wiretaps I read suggest something was probably happening.

“I am not the one who should judge, but it would be right for football and those involved to clarify the situation once and for all,” concluded Zeman.

“I doubt anything will change and so the Scudetto will stay where it is,” he told the Corriere dello Sport.

“Clearly if what came out now had emerged five years ago, then that title would not have been assigned to Inter.

“That Scudetto is clearly a wound, but we cannot think of healing by opening it up again. We’d only serve to make it bleed more copiously than before.”

Susy Campanale on calciopoli. I can't believe it's the same person that writes for Football Italia. Quite a different tone than we are used to hearing from her on the FI website when calciopoli is involved.

She raises quite a few good points, and unlike her last blog which got a lot of shit on here (from myself included), she addresses some of the more controversial points like the article 1 vs 6, selective picking of the wiretaps, etc.

in general, I am not much aware of what I am talking regarding this, but here what i understood

modelle I think the English word would be module 21 and module 45
when evidence is brought to the prosecutor, he has to decide about this evidence how related to the case, module 21 is used when the evidence is related to the case and module 45 is used when she decide (alone by herself) that this evidence is not related to the case.

this woman Ilda got an evidence that was supposed to be related to the case, but she used module 45 and archived the evidence which judge Casoria and Moggi defense team asked for this file(evidence, document, whatever it is) but still no answers found about it.

If you got a clue what I am talking about, I think you know the bigger picture here, maybe you can help

thanx alot for all your efforts.

Well a module is “un modulo” so the “modelle” thing is weird. It pertains to a model or pattern like a design of prints or make of cars. It’s throwing me off a bit.

In any case I think we may be talking about the same thing. It is alleged that Nucini went to Ilda regarding the goings on in Serie A, wiretapping etc. and that Ilda did nothing about it (modelle 45?) and then Nucini denied speaking with her at all.

Maybe Moggi’s team found out that Nucini did in fact speak to Ilda and that it was archived. If that’s the case he has a right to the file.

If that document describes the illegal wiretapping and evidence tampering it could be a bomb because it would bring the setup to the forefront in court forcing their hand against those who designed the witch-hunt in the first place and Ilda herself would wind up in a heap of shit for not having acted at the time.

This is purely speculative on my part though. I am trying to interpret what little I know about this because little has been said. I’ll keep my eyes out and if there is mention of in the papers (not fan forums) I’ll post here.

Until then don’t quote me. I’m not 100% on any of this yet.
