Then, we should hire someone who has unique persuasion skill, doesn't work for the club but doing dirty job.

Galliani doesn't look like smart imo. It should be coincidence.
Berlusconi built an empire out of nothing. If such a man chooses Galliani as his right hand then you can be sure that Galliani has lots of qualities and he certainly isn't "not smart".
Galliani has everything to be the president of a big football club. He's experienced, he's a liar, he's born to be a politician, sweet talker, always ready to do something illegal to achieve his goals, has great transfer history etc etc. Berlusconi's money helped a lot, no doubt, but uncle Fester massively contributed to Milan's success in the last +20 years. He wouldn't have been there all these years if he wasn't very good.

And they were allowed to play CL and they won it and Juve fans supported them.It doesn't even make me angry anymore. It's just painful
Come on! They only did it for the good of Italian football, Maldini's sweet eyes had nothing to do with it.

Back in those days the opinion was that Inter framed both Juve and Milan and Milan were even seen as our brothers in unfair treatment. If people knew that Milan did much more bad things than Moggi and that they got out of the scandal practically unpunished (all they got was a petty -8 pts deduction), then less of them would have supported Milan in that 2007 final.
Most of those Juve fans (in this forum) who supported Milan in 2007 were simply fooled by the media and Calciopoli.

Word up to that.
So many things in the world are corrupt and we constantly get fooled by the media. Too bad that most of the time the same corrupt ones run the courts and little justice is done.

People should have known.

from first post of the thread

why did Milan get a slap on the wrist after Meani threatened a linesman over the phone "when Milan is on the field keep your flag down unless the ball is on the opposite side of the field otherwise we'll chop your head off" Leonardo Meani.

FIGC President Giancarlo Abete Responds To Juventus Revoked Scudetti Request

Juventus have been told they face a tense and long wait to discover if they can have revoked Scudetti back...

Juventus face another anxious wait in relation to their request to have the Calciopoli-revoked Scudetti restored based on the on-going trial at the Tribunal of Naples.

It's been 200 days since Juventus lodged an appeal with the FIGC to have them review the revoked Scudetti decision which was taken in 2006 following the original Calciopoli sports trial.

Juventus believe they have a right to have those titles restored based on evidence which has emerged in Naples.

But despite the FIGC's federal office opening an investigation, times of discovery will be long and anxious for Juve.

"Our objective is to look at Juve's appeal in technical times compatible with good sense, and the autonomy of the federal office," Giancarlo Abete told Tuttosport.

"I would like to remind people that the fedeal office open its activity once the wiretaps were legally accepted at the trial.

"In any case, we cannot invade territory which is not within our competence," he added, in relation to the ongoing trial of Naples.
